Damigiana Bianco


100% Trebbiano

Made from Trebbiano d'Abruzzo grapes cultivated in the "La Salita" vineyard in Loreto Aprutino, following traditional chemical-free methods. Aged in 54-liter carboys during winter with two rackings by the waning moon, it's bottled in March for malolactic fermentation, capturing the essence of the terroir. Aged several months in steel before bottling.
